Every girls desire is to have a flat mid section and a big behind, but some of us struggle with achieving this goals, I started a 30 days butt challenge 12 days ago and I can already see a huge difference.
I have 18 more days to go and I will share a picture of my result when I am through, until then I think you ladies should join me, it may be frustrating at first, but you will get used to it, and guys you should also include squats in your daily exercise.
